  Very simple and straightforward. Do not consider using VIP CARS. I booked a car with them and when I arrived, they had no car for me and left me stranded. Didn't seem to bother them in any way. Enterprise were a dream to deal with especially Jacob.

  Half a year ago rented a car for 10 days - everything went smoothly, they didn't make me any problem for an earlier pickup time, no issues on return either, I got one small scratch on windscreen (probably hit by a small rock) but they've said it's fine and no charges incurred (I did have additional coverage purchased though), they did not complain about anything really, deposit got switfly returned and no unexplainaboe charges have appearred since rental, so I'm defi itely choosing them when renting car in UK again

  THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!! Be VERY VERY careful. Get a professional photographer to video the car. I took quick video of car but missed angles. When I returned it he claimed there was a door ding. I didn't have lots of time as my flight was leaving. He said he'll let me know....not a big deal right? With zero notification a charge of $3400 Canadian dollars showed up on my credit card. They put thru a charge of over 1400 pounds for a door ding. out of curiosity i asked local body shop and they actually laughed of the assessment to fix. I called and they said they determined I put the ding in it. They sent a picture and u can't even see it. As I have coverage thru my world elite MasterCard they require detailed report, I requested this and got email few days later saying they are assessing damage. It's interesting as my credit card company said "we deal with these types often....I guess they are aware of how they make money. It won't cost me a penny as I have coverage. I'd be aware of this. Week later it's still in limbo....I guess the credit card company with go after them. It's how they make their money...not so much cost of rental itself.
